Stephanie has a wealth of experience managing social care services for older people and those with dementia, spanning nearly 30 years. Stephanie started her career with Social Services and after 8 years progressed within the private sector. She has NVQ level 4, Registered Managers Award required to carry out her role and also has an NVQ Assessor Award. Stephanie is responsible for managing all aspects of our care home including the implementation of the Care Certificate at Induction stage for new staff and is ably assisted by her Management Team.
